As we welcome June, a month of longer days and renewed energy, it’s a great time to look ahead and prepare—especially when it comes to supporting your family through life’s changes. Just as summer encourages growth and new routines, preparing now can help everyone feel steadier, safer, and more confident about what’s next.

June also brings meaningful seasonal moments to reflect and connect, including World Environment Day (June 5), Father’s Day (third Sunday), and the start of the back-to-school season. Amid all that, one of the most impactful ways to show care remains building a strong financial foundation—reviewing goals, setting aside savings, and preparing for upcoming expenses or unexpected disruptions.

Since 2010, I have proudly served as a State Farm Agent in Denver, NC. In November 2023, I was honored to expand our reach with the opening of a second office in Boone, NC. Our team is dedicated to helping families across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee protect what matters most and plan confidently for the future.

Beyond business, I am deeply committed to giving back to the communities we serve. I have had the privilege of serving as President of the Denver Lake Norman Rotary Club and currently serve on the Board of the Lincoln County Coalition Against Child Abuse. I am also actively involved with SafeKids Lincoln County and serve as an Ambassador for the Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce as well as Co-Chair the Blowing Rock Referral Team. Most recently I completed the Blowing Rock Leadership Challenge.
